D & D Driving School acts as the examiner for PennDOT to provide testing for Class C
driver's licenses. Once you have completed our classroom instruction and in-car training
program, you can take your driver's license test with us. Our testing is identical to the Driver's
License Center, except that we do not test for parallel parking, which is not necessary in our
course. Through our course, anyone can learn the necessary skills to acquire a Class C
driver's license.
Age Requirements
Students can obtain their license through the graduated
licensing program at the age of 16 years and 6 months. The
student is required to have 65 hours of driving experience; 10
hours of nighttime driving and 5 hours of inclement driving with
an adult of 21 years or older.

the area with a state-certified program for drivers education.

education, a knowledgeable and friendly instructor who is very
familiar with the mistakes of beginner drivers. He helps students
relax and makes the learning process an enjoyable experience.
